Een bubbelbad

Ook wel bellenbad of hottub of jacuzzi, naar het Amerikaanse merk bubbelbaden, of whirlpool in het Brits Engels.

Het is verwarmd, vaak meerpersoons zitbad.

De temperatuur zit meestal zo rond de 37 à 38°C.

Waarbij onderin verspreid over het slechte lucht wordt gepompt, waardoor omhoogkomende luchtbellen ontstaan .

How does a jacuzzi work?

A jacuzzi has small 'injectors' that pump air into your bath. In this way the air passes through the bath and bubbles upwards, as it were. This creates a massaging effect. The air always goes upwards and therefore there is no point in making the injectors adjustable. This does not mean that multiple injectors are unnecessary. When you have multiple injectors in your bath, the air is better distributed. This also enhances the massaging effect. What kind of massaging effect you prefer is very personal. That is different for everyone.
Wanneer je meerdere inspuiters in je bad hebt, wordt de lucht beter verdeeld. Hierdoor wordt de masserende werking ook vebreterd. Wat voor masserende werking jij prefereert, is erg persoonlijk. Dat is voor een ieder verschillend.
